Return & Exchange Policy – KanchiVastra
Customers can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, and tags must not be removed.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
